Shipping, Returns & Refunds

Shipping Information

Shipping charges are automatically calculated at checkout based on the order amount and the delivery country.

Orders are shipped via UPS, OEXPERTA, or FedEx, using express service. Delivery typically takes 2–3 working days from the date of dispatch. Please note that for certain remote areas, 4–5 working days may be required.

 

  • Deliveries to Spain and Portugal

    • Orders up to €250 : €6

    • Orders Over €250 : Free

  • Deliveries to the Rest of the European Union

    • Orders up to €250 : €8

    • Orders Over €250 : Free

 

Important:


We do not deliver to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla.

Returns Policy

 

Our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you received, you may return it within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of delivery by Aldomartins. From August 4th to 25th, returns will not be processed. This period will not count toward the 14-calendar-day return window.

To initiate a return, please send an email to shop@aldomartins.com indicating your order number and the product(s) you wish to return.

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must not be used, washed, or damaged.

  •  The original label must be attached.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

After notifying us via email, please send the item to the following address (return shipping costs will be your responsibility):

If all the above conditions are met, Aldomartins will refund the full amount of the returned items. If your return does not meet the above requirements, Aldomartins will contact you.

Incorrect or faulty items


If Aldomartins has sent you an incorrect item or if the item is defective, please contact us at shop@aldomartins.com before returning it. Once we are notified of the issue, we will arrange the return shipping, and in this case only, Aldomartins will cover the shipping costs.

All Aldomartins items come with a label. We strongly recommend trying on items before removing the labels, as returns without the original labels will not be accepted.

Exchanges


We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order online.
